We are looking for a guest focused Venue Manager to join this VIP team As a leader you will be working closely with the F&B Operations Manager and all team members to deliver the daily operations of Sovereign Dining.

Sovereign Dining provides an exclusive and unique dining space for our VIP Members You will also be responsible for creating truly memorable experiences for VIP Members - so if you love guest service this is the place for you to shine


A few of your responsibilities

  • Managing daytoday operations of a unique venue offering including coaching and development of all team members
  • Planning and executing bespoke events in line with guest experience strategy leveraging supplier partnerships
  • Reviewing and analysing the daily operational needs; maintaining food and beverage, labour, product, and expenses on budget
  • Leading and motivating the team to continuously deliver guest experience in line with our service culture

What are we looking for?

  • Extensive management experience in highend restaurants, executive lounges, or bars
  • A passion for the hospitality industry
  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverages
  • Proactive and wellrounded leader who can empower and encourage the team to deliver a personalised and professional service to all guests.
  • Confidence to lead a large and diverse team across a 24/7 roster
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and attention to detail
  • Handson operational approach with passion for developing your career
