As a HR advisor, you will offer helpful advice on hiring, managing, evaluating, and retaining staff.


The duties of an HR advisor include creating corporate policies, investigating performance evaluation techniques, and giving recruiting managers advice on interviews.

You should have a strong grasp of labour laws in addition to an academic and professional background in HR or a related field.


You will be part of ensuring that the HR division supports the accomplishment of the company's goals and fosters a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee enquiries and concerns.
  • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, promoting a cooperative work environment.
  • Oversee seamless onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Stay informed of employment laws and regulations, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in coordination with leadership.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Support the performance management process by offering guidance on goalsetting, feedback, and development plans.
  • Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR advisor or in a similar HR role
  • Indepth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Detailoriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
