About the role
The Business Support Administrator will provide professional, administrative and project support to the General Managers, Integrated Services.

They will supervise and support the administration staff to ensure efficient, effective, and professional delivery of customer service to clients and staff.


This is a max term full time role ending 30th June 2024**
Duties

  • Administrative support tasks as required by the General Managers Integrated Services.
  • Work closely with the General Manager's in tendering and auditing processes.
  • General office administration including a role as first line of enquiry for potentially difficult or complex cases.
  • Research and coordinate projects and initiatives.
  • Site and administration management including coordination and collation of regular reporting for General Manager's

Requirements
-
Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or relevant experience

  • Advanced computer literacy across the MS Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures, filing systems and processes for records management.
  • Demonstrated professional approach to dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
  • NSW Working with Children Check and Criminal History Check
  • Current NSW Driver's licence
