This is your chance to work with one of Australia's leading fashion designer brands. The company maintains a well-established wholesale business internationally and nationally.


Our client is looking for a self-motivated and organised individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join the team as Sales Coordinator on a full-time basis.


You will be working with a dynamic and passionate team and must have the ability to work confidently, efficiently & accurately.


Duties:


  • Support the execution of the company's wholesale strategy, working closely with the sales team to achieve seasonal goals and objectives
  • General administration & support to Sales Manager
  • Responsible for the general day to day management and client management for National and International key wholesale account operations
  • Work closely with the team to achieve key seasonal goals and objectives by maintaining high quality administrative procedures
  • Coordinate daily communication to global partners and top tier clients, maintaining the highest degree of service
  • Generate and input orders & POs received by wholesale clients for all collections
  • Manage and oversee wholesale orders within order management systems are being input correct with an exceptional level of data integrity
  • Manage the wholesale ATS stock process
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of orders to wholesale partners, ensuring collections are delivered within client delivery windows
  • Maintain accurate records of payment terms and shipping details
  • Act as collaborative partner to all clients, providing regular business updates to ensure mutual success
  • Strengthen cross departmental relationships to ensure optimal presentation and performance of collections before market
  • Work crossdepartmentally with logistics and accounts to ensure a smooth flow of merchandise out of the business
  • Support the sales team with the market process and make sure all assets are correct before going live to market.
  • Assist with market appointments and wholesale account management on and off the ground
  • Report on wholesale market updates as well as conduct competitor analysis, ensuring all reports are correct and provide accurate information before sharing with senior team
  • High attention to detail
  • Extremely organized and a strong multitasker
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Word & Excel skills
  • Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign skills (a bonus)
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, efficient, hardworking, and highly motivated
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
