Reporting to the Stores Manager
This role is responsible for providing support to the supply chain through:

Checking, counting and stocktaking of inventory
Safe operation of a forklift & other hand trucks (Walk Behinds)
Receival, put away, picking & dispatch of goods
Distribution and replenishment of engineering & maintenance items to/from various departments onsite
Housekeeping of stores

Requirements & attributes:

Physically fit
Good work ethic
Driver's License
Must be a licensed, experienced & skilled Forklift operator.
Good communication skills
Must be able to work independently and unsupervised
Customer care skills in this service role
Intermediate computer skills and willing to be trained in stock management software
Flexibility with hours and overtime if required
Safety Awareness
Chemical handling experience
Ability to learn & perform new tasks
HR License is a plus

Working hours and environment:

Employees work 38 hours a week, rotating between day and afternoon shifts from Monday to Saturday.
The work can be dusty, dirty and physically demanding, with some heavy lifting
