About the role:


As the Service Delivery Officer, you will provide support and reporting to ensure all Technology services delivered by vendors and internal teams are aligned with best practice.

You will develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure services are successfully delivered with a focus on customer service.


You will administer various service delivery procedures including license management, access management, hardware refresh planning, procurement, mobile data management and daily ticket management.

You will also have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects and implement system improvements.


About you:


With previous experience in managing vendors and third parties, you will demonstrate a passion for service improvement and delivering a quality, customer focused outcome.

You will have experience in providing support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management and escalation procedures.

Experience in ServiceNow will be highly regarded, as will ITIL certification and relevant tertiary qualifications.

As you will be a key escalation point within the business, your communication and customer service skills will be key and you will have the ability to juggle priorities to meet deadlines.
