The Role:


With a focus on change experience and learning you will collaborate in high-performing teams with our clients, accelerating value by aligning business and driving client transformation and change capability.


Your key responsibilities:


  • Implement strategies for client organisations who are on a journey of transformation, including operating model and organisation design, workforce planning and talent management, change management, organisational learning, culture, and leadership
  • Drive our client's strategic transformation and change agenda, build change capacity, and implement HR operating and service delivery models, including process design
  • Support business growth through management of a pipeline of opportunities with clients and largescale accounts across multiple sectors
  • Manage team performance and development

What we're looking for

  • Change management strategy, change readiness assessment, communication planning, learning and development
  • Operating model, organisation design, workforce planning and optimisation, performance management systems, people transition, culture, and leadership
  • Human resource transformation, HR diagnostic and audit, HR policies and process design
  • Experience in project managing complex, largescale multiyear engagements
  • Demonstrated capability in managing complex senior stakeholder networks and relationships
  • Proven ability to managing teams, coach colleagues, and provide clear leadership and developmental feedback to team members
  • Ability to analyse trends and longterm plans and strategies to understand financial and nonfinancial implications for our clients
