The Commercial Insights Analyst reports into the Commercial Manager and acts as a support function to translate data into actionable insights, helping identify trends in complex data sets that underpin decision making and support the identification of commercial opportunities and risks.

You will work closely with Prepaid Pricing team, who help drive the weekly performance & trading rhythms of our prepaid mobile portfolio, whilst also acting as a point of contact for mobile Product Managers to gather data/insights for key presentations, business cases & ad-hoc analysis.

Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

Copywriting and Content Creation
Write compelling content in line with the brand's voice to achieve key goals, including awareness, ranking, and conversion

Content Development

Build and manage a rich content calendar that attracts the relevant audiences
