We have been engaged by this long-standing commercial builder providing design & construct services projects.

Specialising in the delivery of offices and large-scale industrial builds including tilt panel and other construction methodologies, they have a long-standing reputation for quality executed projects and timely delivery.

They are now seeking a Design Coordinator to join the team to work closely with the project team and design consultants coordinating and managing design documentation across various projects ranging up to $20m.

Key Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Building Design or similar.
Experience in design coordination or similar role within commercial construction on similar projects.
Experience in contract administration.
Excellent written and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
Ability to assess priorities and manage time effectively.
