Our Family:


  • We are a family of 5. Our three kids aged 6, 4.5 and almost 3 attend care/ school on different days. This role would involve looking after 12 kids during the day and all 3 after school before we get home and on the school holidays. We are looking for someone that will become part of our family and have fun with our kids once our current nanny returns to study. Start time April 2024 but could be negotiated for the right person

Your Duties:


  • Full time role Hourly rate $35+/ hour plus super depending on experience Mon 745am to 5pm Tues 745am to 5pm Wed 745am to 545pm Thurs 745am to 545pm Fri every second week 715am to 215pm Helping get kids ready for school. Sole charge of mainly almost 3yo or 4.5yo and all three after school and on the school holidays. Role includes daytoday responsibility for the children, school drop off/pickup on occasion, cooking/ heating up meal for the children, tidying up the children's areas, laundry and grocery shopping for the household, assisting in developing the children's schedule and maintaining a clean and tidy overall household (we have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight for deep cleaning).

Must have:
Driver's licence and be comfortable driving a large car in the inner city and parallel parking (we have a car for your use with 3 car seats) Police check Working with Children's check First Aid certification


Our Perfect Caregiver:


  • Seeking an experienced nanny/ house manage for full time hours in Carlton. The role is a 9 day fortnight (see hours below) with every second Friday off. The days are long and involve helping me get the kids ready for school and daycare. Depending on the day you will then have sole charge of either the almost 3yo or the 4.5yo depending on kinder days. The afternoon will involve after school care of all 3 kids until we get home (usually 1.52 hours). We are after someone fun, caring and with experience in looking after multiple children.
