Service Designer in
Brisbane.
We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
- Understand, assess and develop customer journey maps of the current landscape of the Australian Passports Office (APO).
- Lead and facilitate design and cocreation workshops and sprints as well as presenting concepts to stakeholders and senior executives.
- Solve complex problems in the endtoend service environment, considering both the customer experience as well as the purpose of internal teams.
- Previous experience and demonstrated industry knowledge.
