Processing Officer


About the opportunity


As a processing officer with MLC, you'll be responsible for actioning tasks for our existing clients that have been received from your colleagues in our Contact Centre.

These tasks range from making payments and transfers, right through to statement requests, data processing and everything in between.

It's a high impact role with lots to do, but we'll provide you with all the training that you need in order to hit the ground running.


In the future, these roles will transfer to a "Client First" model, where you'll take a call from either an existing Client, Financial Advisor or Employer, action their request from start to finish and then provide an update back to the Client when the request.

If you're excited about the prospect of starting 2024 off with a new opportunity within the Financial Services Industry, you could be exactly what we are looking for.

While this role is within Financial Services, you don't need any experience within this industry.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with processing/administration skills, who enjoys providing a high level of customer service to all those they interact with and has a positive can-do attitude.

Other skills we are looking for include strong problem solving, written and verbal communication skills and a true team player.


You've got solid computer skills, high levels of customer service and enjoy working in a team environment, and your previous leaders would describe you as a quick learner, with great attention to detail, someone who always gives 100%.
