Your Impact
Exciting times lie ahead as we seek a Warehouse Team Leader to join our bustling Abbotsford facility.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you'll spearhead a high-performing team, driving them towards achieving our Supply Chain - Distribution objectives.

From safety protocols to inventory management, your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring seamless operations and outstanding service.

Please note:
This role operates on a rotating roster, encompassing both day and afternoon shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the site/shift meets customer service and business KPIs with precision.
Oversee distribution operations and lead a motivated team towards success.
Manage inventory levels and labour planning with finesse.
Foster relationships with thirdparty suppliers, including transport providers and customers.
Continuously seek out and eradicate inefficiencies within the distribution value streams.
Implement solutions to enhance organisational effectiveness and drive a culture of performance.
Prioritise the health, wellbeing, and environmental compliance of our workforce through dedicated programs and strict adherence to regulations.

About You

Proven track record of driving improvement and managing change within the FMCG or 3PL warehousing and distribution realms.
Intermediate computer skills, comfortable with the Microsoft suite and WMS experience, SAP experience highly regarded.
Strong leadership skills honed through experience in distribution environments.
Ability to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and COR standards would be advantageous.
