About the role
The ideal person for this role will be a Technical Support / Service Specialist with experience managing Tickets and working meeting SLAs.
You will have knowledge of IT Systems and knowledge of Q-SYS, Dante, and Bosch Praesideo/Praesensa which are audio software programmes.
Excellent Career Progression and work with a great team are on offer. Parking on Site.Skills and experience required
- Strong foundational knowledge in IT principles and a keen interest in technology.
