About this opportunity:


The IT Officer is required to provide a high level of support of ICT services/systems to SCSS and all associated business entities, and maintain company hardware/software on a regular basis and as required.


Key responsibilities of this role:


  • Provide local and remote technical support and maintenance of ICT systems to all end users
  • Install and configure all deployed software in the cloud, locally and on servers.
  • Test, monitor, upgrade and replace computers and devices as required.
  • Complete security protection and data backups as required.
  • Maintain user access and permissions across all systems including password resets as required.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience and/or qualifications in an IT-related field
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to use initiative
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driver's License
