About the Unit
The team are primarily focussed on patient transfers and cleaning tasks associated with patient discharge activity.
About the role
A regular day will see you:
- Manage patients safely upon discharge utilising equipment and organisational protocols tpo transport Patients to and from in-patient and out-patient units across Mercy Hospital for Women and Austin Health.
- Using cleaning equipment supplied, maintain equipment within infection control principles
- Assist ward based PSAs with Patient discharge cleans where directed by PSA Supervisors.

Desirable:
Experience working in the Health facility. Experience working in Hospitality
Desirable:
Successfully completed Certificate III in Health Assistance
Essential:
Able and willing to work day shifts, evening shifts, weekdays and weekends.
