About the Unit
The team are primarily focussed on patient transfers and cleaning tasks associated with patient discharge activity.

About the role

A regular day will see you:

Manage patients safely upon discharge utilising equipment and organisational protocols tpo transport Patients to and from in-patient and out-patient units across Mercy Hospital for Women and Austin Health.
Using cleaning equipment supplied, maintain equipment within infection control principles
Assist ward based PSAs with Patient discharge cleans where directed by PSA Supervisors.

Selection Criteria
Desirable:
Experience working in the Health facility. Experience working in Hospitality

Desirable:
Successfully completed Certificate III in Health Assistance

Essential:
Able and willing to work day shifts, evening shifts, weekdays and weekends.
