HRIS Lead / Analyst - HRIS Replacement Program
12 month fixed term, full time
- The Women's_ will be responsible for the employees and the service provision of the _one Digital Innovation Program_. The _one Digital Innovation Program_ will be accountable to _The Women's _and _The Royal Melbourne Hospital _as equal partners which is formulated within a collaboration agreement.
The _HRIS Project_ will be a joint implementation between _The Women's_ and _The Royal Melbourne Hospital_, and the _Rostering Project_ will be a joint implementation between _The Women's_, _The Royal Melbourne Hospital_ and _Western Health_.
Please note that the implementation processes across these health services will be managed together at a program level, however, the system implementations will be separate instances for each health service.
_ The Position_
The position will also be required to manage the HRIS Admin/Officer who will be on the project.
The HRIS Lead along with the HRIS Admin/Officer will be required to work with the project team to undertake tasks/outputs, provide advice, input and feedback in the following areas of the project:
- Design
- Data Migration
- Integration
- Testing
- Training
- Change Management
- Business Readiness
- Go Live
- Post Go Live / Transition to BAU

_ COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement_
Please be aware that in line with the Health Minister's Covid-19 Mandatory Vaccination Order, all workers regardless of role, will be required to be fully vaccinated (3 doses) for COVID-19 or hold an acceptable medical exemption.
_Influenza Vaccination Requirement_
In line with the Health Services Amendment (Mandatory Vaccination of Healthcare Workers) Act 2020, some health care workers are now required to have their flu vaccination to work in health care.
As this role fits into category C of the departments risk ratings, applicants are strongly encouraged (although not required) to be vaccinated against influenza.
