Your Role

As the Team Leader - Food Services you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our patients and residents.


Your tasks will include:

  • Accountability for the provision of highquality food and associated catering services
  • Responsibility for planning and monitoring services to ensure the delivery of services is responsive to the changing needs and demographics of patients/residents and environment
  • Supervising and monitoring a team of up to ten staff
  • Undertaking the following duties with your team members
- working on the plating line
- serving meal trays and trolley collection throughout the facility
- undertaking morning & afternoon tea runs throughout the facility
- working on the wash up line & associated cleaning tasks

  • Completing required food safety plan documentation

Role Requirements

  • Be vaccinated (and maintain uptodate vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid1
  • Current Police Screening Certificate
  • A minimum of 4 years' service in the food service industry
  • Certificate in Food Handling, Hospitality or equivalent experience would be an advantage
