Responsibilities:


  • Nurture and expand existing client relationships.
  • Provide strategic advice on attracting top talent and building effective teams.
  • Take charge of advertising, interviewing, matching, placing, and providing afterplacement care.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to deliver endtoend recruitment services.
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the banking and finance market.

What You Bring:


  • Tertiary qualifications in business or equivalent employment experience.
  • A minimum of 23 years' experience in the recruitment industry or finance sector.
  • Knowledge of the financial services environment is advantageous.
  • A consultative approach to business development and client retention.
  • Commercial acumen to make decisions that drive your business forward.
  • Sales experience is desirable but not essential.
