Our Customer Service Team is the first point of contact to our AutoGlass customers.

The best thing about this role is that you will be supported by a team of experienced leaders who will provide guided training and coaching on the job, to set you up for success.


About the Role:


  • Provide support to the Branch manager and the running of the branch
  • Effectively keeping customers updated on delivery lead times
  • Undertake repair inspections on vehicles
  • Explore customer needs and educate on our full scope of services
  • Permanent Full Time

About You:


  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced workplace
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
