As the business continues to thrive, they are seeking a CRM Manager to join the team. This role is instrumental in managing and enhancing the customer relationships, driving engagement and maximising customer lifetime value.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Oversee the management and enhancement of 1st party data to drive personalised customer experiences
  • Utilise data analytic to segment audiences effectively and tailor communication strategies
  • Utilise customer data and insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and business decisions
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate customer insights into various business functions
  • Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in the retail or eCommerce industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Passion for the fashion industry and understanding of consumer behaviour trends
