About the role


Based at any of our Head Office locations, this 18-month secondment Group Risk Delivery Lead role reports to the Head of Transformation and Strategy and will work on a daily basis with the Manager of FCR Training, Communication and Change to deliver Group Risk priorities.

Key responsibilities include supporting the review, maintenance and ongoing delivery of such tools and resources and any supporting, relevant self-help materials which includes their monitoring and updating.

You will partner with 2LOD SMEs and 1LOD learning leads, design and develop 2LOD tools and resources for Group Risk and assist in coordinating regular and ad hoc communications for the Group Risk Division.


You will conduct the analysis of the relevant tools and resource needs of the Group Risk team as within scope and liaise with relevant 2LOD SMEs and 1LOD leads.

In turn, you will provide recommendations that will continue to improve overall quality.

You will review relevant tools and resources and provide feedback to ensure that it meets minimum requirements and facilitate the regular review and evaluation of tools and resources including post implementation reviews where applicable.


You will help design and develop solutions that include appropriate formal and informal tools, resources and performance support, ensuring that business, performance and requirements are met.

Ability to design learning solutions in contemporary and creative ways, maximising technology, learning on-the-job and achieve or exceed customer expectations and business objectives in a commercial environment.

Animation, video editing and HTML design skills would be highly regarded


Systems knowledge required:
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and content authoring tools.
