Austin Health is world-renowned for its research and specialist work in cancer, liver transplantation, spinal cord injuries, neurology, endocrinology, mental health and rehabilitation.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and enthusiastic medical practitioners to join our team as a
Basic Physician Trainee Year 2 (BPT2) in the
Medical Workforce for the 2024 Clinical Year (commencing
February 2024).
Details of Department
Successful trainees will be offered a wide selection of general and speciality rotations within a major teaching hospital, a smaller metro hospital (Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital campus), and a large regional hospital (Bendigo Health).

Have current registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)- (note
- eligible applicants will be assisted through this process if not currently registered).**Please note that these positions will be processed through the Postgraduate Medical Council Victoria Allocation and Placement Service
