Manage all aspects of FM with the support of a Senior FM

The Company:

Our client is an ASX-listed diversified property group. They specialise in retail, office, industrial and residential property. They are committed to their people and provide excellent working conditions on all of their assets.


The Role:


Is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of all aspects across facilities including overseeing the contractors and various stakeholders delivering Capital Projects at the asset.


  • Overseeing building maintenance and support services such as cleaning etc
  • Ensuring buildings function smoothly throughout their operational life
  • Identifying future maintenance issues
  • Liaising with clients and contractors
  • Coordinating refurbishments and renovations
  • Ensuring buildings meet health and safety and energy efficiency standards
  • Managing budgets and accounts
  • Accomplished stakeholder skills
  • Good grasp on technical aspects of a building, ideally office
  • Exposure to small CAPEX projects
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to develop professional working relationships
