The role:

As the Owners Corporation Manager you will work alongside an experienced team.

Your role will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Managing a strata portfolio of 30 schemes (small and large) with around 700 lots
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Managing correspondence via phone and written communication
  • Providing advice based on current legislation
  • Dispute resolution
  • Managing maintenance and projects
  • Budgets and forecasting
  • Contract management
  • Preparing meeting agendas, chairing committee meetings and recording meeting minutes
