About the role

You will be responsible to maintain and provide an excellent and consistent level of service at the Employee Restaurant at Park Hyatt Sydney. The Employee Restaurant Attendant is responsible to assist chef to prepare a consistent, high quality food product and ensure the employee restaurant is clean and tidy.
This position is expected to work on fixed roster on Mondays to Wednesdays.

Qualifications:

Relevant work experience as Food & Beverage attendant or Cook in a hotel or restaurant with good standards / Basic Culinary skills / good hygiene knowledge
