The CFO will provide the financial, administrative, risk and contractual management operations for the business.

The Role

Reporting to the CEO, and managing a small team, the CFO will be integral for the commercial and financial management of the organisation.

You will ensure the performance of the Company is protected through the continued establishment of effective financial controls, implementing and maintaining appropriate management accounting and reporting systems as well as budgetary controls and corporate governance requirements.

You will also have significant awareness of operational issues and challenges faced by a growing mining / mining services business.
