The opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Support Officer who is poised to transition into a Project Manager role.

This position is based in Melbourne and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical projects within the Australian Defence Industry.

Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of the role will include, but is not limited to:

Implement project management methodologies to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and adherence to project timelines.
Contribute towards tender processes and Requests for Quotation (RFQs), ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Manage and maintain critical documentation in accordance with requirements set by the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG).
Proven experience as a Project Support Officer within Defence Industry
Working knowledge of the ASDEFCON suite
Strong leadership and problemsolving skills
Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
Valid AGSVA Baseline security clearance
