Job Title:
Property Manager

Location:
Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast

Salary:
Up to $75,000 per annum plus Superannuation plus allowances

Key responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of properties from start to finish, including inspections, tenant selection, reports, maintenance
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure that all properties are wellmaintained and fully compliant with regulations
Provide expert advice on all aspects of property management to our clients
This job does not require you to complete accounts, receipting, invoicing, leasing, open homes or ECR pictures

Key requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in property management, with a strong track record of success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results
A current Real Estate License and/or Certificate of Registration, reliable vehicle is a must
