About the role
Responsibilities
You will assist the Senior Administrator with all Administrative tasks, and the wider team and office with any needs as required.
- Receive and respond to sales & customer enquiries
- Liaise and maintain communication with clients
- Assist and investigate client matters
- Provide sales quotes and updates on fees
- Update and maintain internal databases
- Document preparation and maintain files
- Assist with processing customer invoices, accounts payable and end of month duties
- Run reports and assist with audits when necessary
- Other ad hoc administration tasks as require
Skills / Experience
You will be an experienced administrator with the ability to work in a high-volume environment, as well as:
- Experience working in a similar Administration Assistant role is highly advantageous
- A minimum of 35 years previous experience in a similar role involving transport or logistics operations
- Proficient on Excel and managing spreadsheets
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project coordination skills able to work to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
