About the Role
We have an EPCM client currently seeking a Cost & Change Manager to join their team in Perth, supporting a energy project.
- As the Cost & Change Manager, you will report to the Project Controls Manager and play a key role in supporting our major project. Your responsibilities will include leading and facilitating integrated Cost / Trending and Change Management sessions with key stakeholders, reviewing and interrogating performance and progress data, and being accountable for overall reporting of Cost and Change Management. Additionally, you will present highlevel project Cost reports to project leadership as required and ensure baseline management is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Criteria - A minimum of 7 years of experience in a Cost & Change Management role in the energy, resources or infrastructure sectors
- Prior experience in Capital and EPCM environments
- Experienced in site and construction planning including progress measurement
- Demonstrated experience in leading cost and change management processes and working collaboratively with stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data to senior leaders
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
