About your role
- Support sales team in achieving revenue targets through new and existing customers
- Provide excellent customer service and problem resolutions in a fastpaced environment
- Engage with customers face to face and virtually to build strong relationships
- Guide and educate customers on CRM platforms and resolve all queries promptly
- Assist sales team in quotes, proposals, and agreement preparation
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews with customers
- Manage communication between sales team and internal stakeholders
- Get on the road and in front of current and prospective customers

- Logistics, Transport, or Freight forwarding background is essential
- Well suited to junior sales/ account management/ business development individual
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in quickly changing landscape
- Exceptional customer service and problem solving abilities
- High level of interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines
