The Partnerships & Loyalty Experience space is a newly formed Crew looking for passionate individuals who are going to get the most for our customers and team.

Do work that matters


Reporting into the Product Owner, Partnership and Loyalty Experience, you will be primarily responsible for driving merchant revenue growth and merchant success in CommBank Yello Offers performance marketing channel, whilst supporting the Group's Merchant Value Proposition in CommBank Yello for large and ASX listed national retailers.

You will drive and support creation of new Shopping value propositions for SME size businesses.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support CommBank Yello growth targets and realization of strategic business benefits realization
  • Help source robust merchant discounted or cashback investments in identified priority industries.
  • Create differentiation for CommBank Yello over other Loyalty/Cashback platforms.
  • Deliver revenue benefits through merchant commissions.
  • Identify Merchant Gaps within your categories and define opportunities to engage the Key brands
  • Design and own the monthly marketing Calendar for hero merchants
  • Liaise regularly with the BB and IBM teams to coarchitect Strategic Partnerships that leverage the combined power of the CBA portfolio

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Business development and relationship management experience in financial services, retail or loyalty industry
  • Experience in sourcing and managing client relationships with large Institutional customers.
  • Strategy implementation experience demonstrated commercial acumen.
  • Track record of delivering complex, transformational customerfacing initiatives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management across diverse teams
  • Understanding of the retail and/or loyalty industry and merchant needs.
  • Experience in pay for performance marketing.
  • Experience in Payments
