Restoration Manager

Qualifications:


  • Must have experience/knowledge in water/fire damage restoration and mould remediation.
  • Must have business management experience
  • Must have resources to find jobs
  • Must have a current open driver's license.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits:


  • Salary depends on your experience
  • Get a performance bonus commission if you can do upselling and more bookings
  • Above Award rate plus Super and Legal Entitlements
  • A vehicle can be provided for the successful applicant to travel to and from work

Responsibilities:


  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Sound planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify areas where repairs are needed
  • Use and general maintenance of machinery.
  • Preparation of daily paperwork and receipt of payments from customers.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus
  • Commission
