This opportunity
The main objective is driving lead conversion and increase customer engagement using a test and learn approach.

This position description should represent your role and responsibilities at the time of appointment, however due to the dynamic nature of our business, your job title, key tasks and responsibilities are likely to evolve over time.

The flexibility to adapt to any changes should be considered a key requirement of working at felix.


Responsibilities

  • End to end CRM campaign delivery of lead segment including Abandoned Cart + Lead nurture
  • Execute, test and optimise campaigns via Marketing Automation platform (Braze), adopting a test and learn methodology
  • Work closely with brand + content team to ensure campaigns in line with the brand value and marketing calendar.
  • Work with the CRM Lead and Tech Delivery team where required to document technical delivery requirements and test the right events / data points are implemented in applicable systems / CRM platform, app, analytics tools
  • Track progress of campaigns and provide campaign performance metrics, including lead conversion, ROI, customer engagement.
  • Monitor and assess ideas on how to optimise campaigns to increase conversion and improve customer engagement
  • Work with care and content team to drive improvement to our service coms program including tweaking triggers, customer data set and content update.

Knowledge and experience

  • BA or BS in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 35 years of experience in CRM, digital, or content related role
  • Experience with delivering campaigns using CRM marketing platforms and managing a customer database
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and autonomously. Leans into collaboration and sharing.
  • Ability to translate business strategic directions into actionable / executable plans
  • A positive cando attitude, a keen eye for detail, initiative and proactiveness.
  • Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills
  • Curiosity to also develop and support across other team platforms within the marketing stack

EG:
supporting on lead campaign in digital advertising channel

  • Ability to present learnings and recommendations key stakeholders with confidence.
