Wyee is a picturesque town in the Lake Macquarie region of New South Wales, surrounded by lakes, close to beaches and near the Sydney-Newcastle Freeway.
About the role
Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will provide training and support to our care workers to promote team spirit and inspire continual improvement.
With a strong understanding of quality care, you will develop and deliver best practice clinical care education consistent with BaptistCare policy.
_ This position is a permanent part time role, working days will be Thursday & Friday, 7 hour shifts._
_The pay on offer is $34.74- $36.95 (depending on your hours worked as a Cert IV Carer or EN)_
About You
- Hold or willing to complete a Certificate IV Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Hold a Certificate IV in Aged Care OR Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled Nurse)
- Have highly developed relationship building, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Have knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and experience delivering learning outcomes under the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
