About the company

Independent and successful Steel Fabrication company with an established history in NSW of over 20 years, with a Workshop crew of up to 12 welders, boilermakers and other workshop staff, creating state-of-the-art advertising structures from start to finish.

About you

3yrs+ experience Supervising/Managing a Steel Fabrication workshop crew
Strong ability to lead, manage and motivate Workshop staff
Successful completion of Certificate III in Engineering or 3yrs+ Fabrication or industry experience equivalent, including high quality welding to structural code standards
Experience implementing project schedules, timelines, OH&S and fabrication procedures
Highly developed communication and adept computer skills
Strong ability to read, understand and implement drawings for fabrication and welding requirements
Setting and Managing KPI's for factory staff
Experience managing conflict/resolution
