About The Opportunity

Endeavour operates an Agile, matrixed environment, with Practices/Chapters providing people management and capabilities, whilst Product led squads deliver business missions.

Chapter members are embedded in the cross-functional Product delivery squads, bringing their specific skill to that squad to deliver on the Product initiatives.

As Chapter Lead, your primary function is recruitment, line management, delivery squad allocation of your team members and capability uplift of the Data Science capability in Advanced Analytics.

You are a capability expert and act as a leader for your chapter members.

You will coach, mentor, support and upskill the chapter members to ensure that we have the capability necessary to deliver value through the delivery squads.

You will drive the creation and maintenance of standards to ensure quality delivery of the capability across the organisation. You will work closely with Product Managers to recruit and allocate chapter members into delivery squads.

This is a hands-on role whose primary responsibility is people and capability management, however depending on the size of the chapter and needs of the business, this role may also split their time between chapter responsibilities and delivery, providing the data science capability within a cross-functional agile squad.

You're customer focused and passionate about being part of a tribe of great people and you actively contribute to your workplace community.

With a growth mindset, you orient around doing what's meaningful, purposeful and delivers value. You're excited about being part of a data-led transformation at one of Australia's biggest companies.

You're curious and empathetic. You have an eye for the bigger picture while also ensuring the details are in order. You deal with complexity by collaborating with colleagues, listening to customers, testing ideas and continuously learning. You take authorship for what you create.
