As a Relationship Manager, you are to manage and build strong relationships with a portfolio of SME customers introduced by Premium Brokers, and drive portfolio growth through customer acquisition, increasing share of wallet and referrals while demonstrating mastery of the role capabilities.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proactively developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs
Providing customers with appropriate solutions
Maintaining strong broker relationships
Building and maintaining strong internal and external networks to support strong deal design and execution.
Structuring deals in conjunction with relevant product and specialist teams
Managing a portfolio of SME customers introduced by Premium Brokers
Collaboration with Product Partners and other stakeholders to design, structure and execute deals
Adhering to a strong operational rhythm
Ensuring credit and operational risks are managed effectively and proactively
Implementing Relationship Credit Approval Discretion as appropriate

You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
