Clerk Grade 1/2, salary relative to experience, ranges from $67,975 to $73,901 plus super
Greater Sydney Parklands (GSP) is a city-wide agency created to become Sydney's leading urban parks advocate.

In partnership with communities and governments, it will plan for and expand great open spaces and parklands and champion the NSW Government's new 50 Year Vision for Sydney's Open Space and Parklands.


Greater Sydney Parklands currently brings together five iconic parks across Sydney: Centennial Parklands, Parramatta Park, Western Sydney Parklands, Callan Park and Fernhill Estate.


Made up of collaborative, creative and committed people, Greater Sydney Parklands is looking for
Customer Service Officers to deliver high quality customer service to general visitor, business and stakeholder enquiries and provide administrative support services to contribute to the achievement of GSPT's objectives and strategies.


This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated, flexible and dynamic team together with significant opportunity to be a key contributor in positioning Greater Sydney Parklands as leaders in park, venue and precinct facilities and management, providers of quality leisure facilities, events and natural and cultural heritage.

About you


Your high-level communication and customer service skills will see you providing high quality customer service on a consistent basis in a high volume work environment where there are competing priorities and tight timeframes.


Your ability to de-escalate and resolve customer complaints and issues in accordance with policies and procedure is key to this role.


Key knowledge and experience

  • Experience in providing reception and switchboard services in a customer service environment.

Essential requirements

  • Demonstrated prior experience in high level customer service delivery
