Join the Banking and Financial Services group, where you will support project delivery and implementation across our Business Banking division.

This is a crucial role ensuring large scale changes are delivered in a structured and considered manner driving a positive impact on clients and staff.

What role will you play?

You will be an integral part of our large transformation initiatives, supporting the successful implementation of strategic changes across Business Banking.

You will use your understanding of change management principles, exceptional stakeholder management skills and a passion for driving change on a daily basis.

You will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop and implement change management plans across small, medium and large initiatives and facilitate the assessment of business and change impacts to identify potential risks, challenges and opportunities.

Lastly, you will own and coordinate the ongoing quarterly Business Banking change calendar, working with stakeholders to provide a considered and consolidated view of change across the Business Banking ecosystem.
