EVSE Australia is a leading supplier of EV charging solutions across the residential, fleet, commercial and public market segments and as a result of rapid growth we are looking to expand our presence in our key geographical regions.


The Role


As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be on the frontline representing our business and our brand with customer and partner enquires.

The core aim of the BDC is to win sales and establish great relationships with new and existing customers.

In your role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end solution deployment of EV charging through initial discovery meetings, solutions proposals, and acting as the main point of contact during a deployment alongside team members who specialise in these fields.

This role will also provide significant forecasting and reporting for senior management in the business.

The role is office based, with frequent travel to customer sites.

  • Maintaining Existing Accounts
  • Pitching products and/or services

  • Point of contact for customers during a deployment
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

Main duties

  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products.
  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • Develop new and by leveraging a consultative sales approach that results in increased sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Be responsible for sales pipeline, account plan development and budget/goal management.
  • Weekly Report to management pipeline progress and get pricing approved.
  • Maintenance of CRM system (Hubspot/AirTable) with uptodate contact details and information

Key Performance Indicators

  • Sales of $500k and growing within the first year.
  • All work logged in system/CRM
  • Up to date account management
  • Weekly/Monthly management reporting

Desirable

  • An electrical, energy or technical sales background is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience with CRM Systems and DEAR Systems preferred.

Essential

  • Australian Drivers License and Own Vehicle
  • Australian Citizen or holder of an Australian resident visa

Salary:
$55, $75,000.00 per year
