TalentWeb are delighted to exclusively partner with a global award-winning chain of hotels and restaurants in their search for a Marketing Communication & Campaigns Manager to join their cohesive and collaborative team in Sydney.

The role.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will manage Marketing, PR and Communications activities for the client's Australian Hotels and F&B venues ensuring all activities align with the brand and maximise the client's positive exposure in local and international markets across various platforms.


  • Plan, execute, and oversee multichannel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation
  • Manage endtoend campaign processes, including content creation, budgeting, implementation, and analysis
  • Coordinate with key operational, revenue and sales executives to ensure all campaigns are within the business requirements, and are logístically and technically viable
  • Work with the Australian Marketing communications team (your direct reports) and PR Agency in contributing to the development of quarterly Communications plans. This will include developing and delivering a wide range of static and moving content, including press kits, press releases, Q&A's aligned to the brand to generate positive publicity within consumer and trade media channels
  • Partnering with Hotel Managers in leveraging key hotel events. This will include the development of supporting media liaison, branded content opportunities and media collateral
  • Creation of promotionrelated marketing collateral with the design team
  • Ensure content representing hotels across print, offline and online media platforms is consistently onbrand
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues. Facilitate marketing research as required
  • Mentor the development and growth of your team.

About you.

  • An allrounder marketer, with a track record in strategy development and execution in the B2C space (hotel, retail, tourism or advertising agency)
  • Strong senior stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, including managing team budget
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
