This role as a Marketing Advisor in a VIC State Government Department is ideal for a seasoned professional skilled in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns.

You will be responsible for crafting campaign materials, managing passenger information, coordinating customer engagement activities, and maintaining media partnerships.

Working collaboratively with internal departments and transport operators, you will be instrumental in promoting and supporting changes on the network.

Position Outcomes:

About You:

Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in marketing, public relations, or communications
Proficient in strategic planning and project delivery
Skilled in partnering and cocreation in design processes with stakeholders
Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer focus skills
Ability to work on occasional evenings, weekends, or undertake overnight travel
