Role Description/Criteria
Aquinas College is looking to appoint a dynamic, suitably experienced applicant to the position of College Receptionist. This is a full time ongoing position.
Aquinas College is an energetic and diverse community of over 200 educators, administrative, finance and property staff who work together to support the mission of the College.

Reporting to the Assistant Principal - Staff and overseen by the Office Manager, the primary purpose of the Main College Receptionist is as the first point of contact for the College both over the phone and face to face.
The successful applicant:
- Will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children
- Will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Will have excellent IT skills
- Will have the ability to work successfully within a team
- Will have experience/ knowledge appropriate to the role
- Will have valid Working with Children Check (or be willing to undertake)
The successful applicant will be appointed as a Category B Education Support Employee, Level 3 (Victorian Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2018), subdivision dependent on experience.
