We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to work on an A grade commercial asset with a minor heritage element for one of CBRE's most prestigious clients.

Comprising of three commercial buildings, this asset has just gone through a $25M refurbishment of the ground planes and has state of the art facilities.

You will be accountable for the efficient, cost-effective operation, maintenance and development of all services within the complex.

Here's a snapshot of your day;

  • Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services
  • Providing personal leadership and effective management of a wide range of activities for the full range of facilities services found within the premises including, but not limited to, engineering, hard and soft services
  • Manage operating expenditure and, ensure efficient, sustainable and costeffective maintenance and operation of all plant and equipment
  • Working with Account Leadership team to identify and support Cost Saving initiatives, Capital Planning replacement projects and programs
  • Ensures a cost effective maintenance program for all buildings, plant, systems and equipment is in place
  • Monitor and report on the Environmental performance of the asset
  • Takes affirmative action to manage and deliver planned financial outcomes with regards to Country and Site P&L performance, operating expense budget/s and other financial / commercial plans

Here's what you need to thrive in this role:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Facilities Manager with a strong customer service ethos
  • Experience in both hard and soft facilities management services
  • Sound organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Experience preparing analysing and monitoring budgets and detailed financial reporting
