About the role

  • Implement Blackbaud's fundraising and relationship management software, Whilst Raiser's Edge NXT and related tools, will be the primary focus of this role, there will be the opportunity to extend your skills into other Blackbaud products.
  • Take customers on a journey through the software implementation lifecycle from mapping, system design and configuration, training and go live support
  • Deliver training to Blackbaud customer's ranging from system users to executives on how to most effectively use their system
  • Translate customer's business processes and requirements, ensuring the solution meets the customer's needs
  • Build customer relationships and demonstrate leadership to drive consensus and project related decisions
  • Active promotion of the services and software offered by Blackbaud

What we need from you

  • Extensive experience in implementing software 5 years +
  • Experience with Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge software or similar fundraising databases
  • You must love engaging with and satisfying customer needs across all aspects of software implementation and post go live activities
  • You will be open to working across platforms and have a desire to learn and grow
  • You are selfmotivated, reliable and in control of your own destiny
  • Prior experience delivering consulting services and meeting utilisation targets
  • An ability to engage and collaborate with clients through a partnerbased approach to project delivery
  • Outstanding written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proven customer management skills and be service oriented

Location and travel


Blackbaud is a remote first organisation; as this role support Australian customers based applicants located on the East Coast of Australia would be advantageous.

Interstate and international travel may be required during the delivery of customer facing work or other activities.
