We currently have a full-time position for a
Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist under our SRC APAC Marketing Team to be based either in Melbourne or Sydney.


In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Deliver on time execution of all online and offline campaigns and support creation and activation of all omni-channel activities as well as lead and activate online and offline campaigns and always-on presence for SRC in the market defining the brief with local marketing team.

You will also support communication messages for the business to represent the brand and reinforce the brand proposition.


You are responsible for:


  • Digital Media Performance
  • SEA Performance
  • Social Media Performance
  • Programmatic Media Performance
  • Digital Content Performance
  • Lead (leading, consulting, and coaching) to achieve local executional excellence (on Activation Strategy, Analysis, Activation Business planning, Activation Marketing, Activation Activation/media, and eCommerce) and contribute to the growth our brand preference and market share.
  • Brief and coordinate all external agencies and/or Philips capabilities (e.g. Activation Hub team).
  • Cocreate the campaign ecosystem and ensure targets are defined, appropriate, and in line with overall KPI's.
  • Drive analytics to support factbased decision marketing processes, ongoing optimization, and ROI modeling.
  • Drive online and offline excellence for trade, event and campaign activation
  • Develop activation capabilities, practice change management to effectively contribute to driving growth, both in the hub and in your market on Activation marketing topics
  • Works closely with the Markets
  • Involved in activation of the digital strategies in line with the given assignments in the area of expertise
  • Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.
  • Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.
  • Performs analysis, suggest improvement actions related to the area of expertise
  • Responsible for formulating the project/program plan, in consultation with management and other parties.
  • Responsible to organize the resources to be used (quality, time, budget and information) and specifies the quality standard in the processes.

To succeed in this role, you will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor of Business/Commerce Majoring in Marketing
  • At least 23 years' experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Social Media Management
  • Strong team player with strong interpersonal skills as well as an effective communicator
  • Proactive, strong initiative, and experience in driving processes
  • Analytical and possess a problemsolving nature
  • Passion for providing innovative solutions and exceptional customer experience
