Position:
Accounts Receivable Officer


Location:

Park Ridge, QLD 4125


Compensation:
Starting at $30.00 per hour (base rate) + Overtime pay + Superannuation


Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm


Do you excel in the realm of accounts receivable? Are you known for your precision and problem-solving skills? We're looking for someone like you to join our team in Park Ridge, QLD.

You'll be working with a diverse group of companies, each with its own set of challenges.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage accounts receivable for multiple companies, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Use your problemsolving skills to address any challenges that arise.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments with a proactive approach.
  • Process incoming payments accurately and allocate them to the appropriate entities.
  • Maintain detailed transaction records for each company.
  • Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
  • Experience working with multiple entities or in a complex company structure is a plus.
