Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Partner required urgently to start in Brisbane to support the blue-collar project needs across Australia or Leading Construction & Engineering company

Key accountabilities?

Manage the endtoend recruitment lifecycle
Deliver end to end recruitment services from identifying a need through to offer and onboarding.
Consult with the client to understand the technical requirements of the role etc
Collaborate with the broader HR function to deliver a seamless HR service, through to onboarding.
Provide administrative support services to clients and team
Accountable for the management and delivery of administration services across the assigned recruitment portfolio.
Attend training as required and be proactive in suggestions of improvements or training for the team
Draft role advertisements when required.
Ensure completion of all the required recruitment documentation and administration.
Accountable for the achievement of individual recruitment KPI's.
Work with colleagues to streamline business practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
